Not in the service area? Ship your device to me, I'll fix it, and ship it right back to you.
How mail-in works
The whole process is handled over email so you're always in the loop.
Fill out the form below with your device info and issue. I'll reply with a quote and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
Once you approve the quote, pack your device securely and ship it to me. I recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.
I'll inspect your device, confirm the repair plan with you, source the parts, and complete the repair. Parts availability affects timing — I'll keep you updated.
Once your device is repaired and tested, I'll ship it back to your address. Shipping cost is covered by the customer both ways.
Parts & timing: As a growing shop I order parts per repair rather than keeping a large stock. Some repairs may take extra time while parts ship. I'll always confirm the estimated timeline before we proceed — no surprises.
Packaging guide
A well-packed device prevents damage in transit. Follow these tips before you ship.
Place your device in a rigid cardboard box — not an envelope or padded mailer, which don't protect against impact.
Wrap the device in at least 2 layers of bubble wrap. Fill any empty space in the box with packing peanuts or crumpled paper.
Take out your SIM card and keep it safe at home. You don't need to send it and it protects your account data.
Write your name, email, phone number, and a short description of the issue on a piece of paper and include it inside the box.
Use a carrier that provides tracking and consider adding insurance for devices valued over $100. Keep your tracking number.
Always back up your photos and data before sending your device in — just in case. iCloud, Google Photos, or a computer backup all work.
Shipping address will be provided after you submit your request and I confirm the quote. Do not ship your device before receiving confirmation.
Fill this out and I'll get back to you within 1 business day with a quote and next steps.
